Rent to Own: We offer No Credit Check Rent to Own Terms from 2-5 Years. All Rent to Own Terms are 90 Days Same As Cash. First Monthly Payment is Due at Signing. 2nd Monthly Payment Due 30 days after Delivery.

We handle delivery to your property from one of our 26 sales and manufacturing locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia using our team of Trucks, Trailers, and Shed Mules. At time of delivery one of our drivers will bring a truck and trailer to your property, unload the building in your driveway, and use the Shed Mule to place to the building in your preferred location in your yard. Leveling is handled via a block foundation and wood shims. Mobile home anchoring available upon request for an additional fee.

Please have all gates, fences, low hanging branches, or other obstacles out of your preferred install location before time of delivery.

While our intention is to deliver your new building as quickly as possible we are subject to weather and road conditions. We ask that you allow up to 2-4 weeks for production and delivery time of your new building.

While the majority of our clients elect not to get a permit for their new building we do recommend you double check with your local planning dept to check their accessory structure guidelines. Every Bennett Building is built to Risk Category 2 Standards per the IRBC. If you are seeking a permit for your project we are able to provide Generic Engineer Stamped Drawings for all of our buildings for a small additional fee.

While we recommend you double check with your Home Owners Association before making a purchase our Elite Series of buildings were specifically designed with HOA neighborhoods in mind. Featuring your choice of LP Elite Lap Siding or Vinyl Siding, Embossed Steel or Architectural Shingle Roof Systems, and Optional Custom Color Match.

No Additional Delivery Fee Sizes: 8x8 - 8x16, 10x12 - 10x24, 12x12 - 12x40.

Over Sized Load Delivery Fee Sizes: 14x12 - 14x40

Build On Site Only Sizes: 14x42 - 14x60, 16x20 - 16x60

Our Sheds are highly customizable with a wide variety of options and packages to help you design your ideal building. All of our sheds can be broken down into three categories that you can add additional packages to. Those categories are based on the roof style you want your building to have.

Utility Sheds: A Frame Style Roof. Lofted Barns: Gambrel Style Roof. Studio Sheds: Lean-To/Single Slope Style Roof.

From there you can add Garage Packages, Porch Packages, Work Benches, Storage Lofts, French Doors, Window Options, Electrical Packages, Dormer Packages and much more!
